Does Insurance Cover Veneers?

Do you have questions about whether insurance will cover Veneers? In this video, Los Angeles Celebrity Dentist Dr. Anthony Mobasser answers the question of whether veneers can be covered by dental insurance.

Unfortunately veneers are not covered by insurance, and you have to go through hoops to get any money from insurance. Dental veneers or porcelain veneers is a discretionary procedure and it’s an elective procedure, so basically, insurance companies don’t pay for any elective procedure.

But if somebody does need financing, or help, we have financing available in our office, through many different institutions where the first 6 months is usually interest free and then after that you will be paying the whole amount or if not, unfortunately they charge you a high interest rate. But to tell you the truth, no, insurance does not cover dental veneers or porcelain veneers.

If you are considering porcelain veneers and have concerns about the cost, contact Dr. Anthony Mobasser today for a free consultation and let us guide you on available payment options.

Despite COVID-19, our offices are open and fully operational to see patients for any type of dental treatment. We have taken extra precautionary and safety measures to ensure the safety of our patients and staff. If you or someone you love is interested in porcelain veneers in Los Angeles, schedule a free consultation with Dr. Anthony Mobasser and let his experience work for you.
