She also wanted a perfect white smile, but only had a two-week stay planned.<br \/>Treatment began with a smile design session, where Dr. Mobasser created the design and the master ceramist crafted a wax-up for patient approval. She declined dental implants due to sinus proximity, which would have required sinus lifts, bone grafts, and a year of healing.
